We receive your guests and hand over the keys on the spot and pick them up again when you leave.

The following services are then delivered:

• handing over the keys to the house.
• familiarize yourself with the house.
• show how all devices work.
• Addresses of favorite restaurants.
• Addresses of sights.
• all this in a handy brochure with useful telephone numbers.

Upon departure, we will collect the keys and check the contents together with the guests for any damage. We will email you our findings as soon as possible. When the guests have left, we close everything well and we close off the utilities.

We also provide a FREE WELCOME package for your first day with a bottle of flat water, coffee, milk, sugar, multigrain bread, butter, ham, cheese, a bottle of Cava and 2 rolls of toilet paper. This means that you do not have to go to the supermarket for your first breakfast and needs the next morning.
